INGREDIENTS:
- 3-6 racks of baby back ribs
Dry Rub Marinade:
- 2 tsp. Kosher salt
- 3 tsp. Black Pepper
- 4 tsp. Dried Minced Garlic
- 3 Tbs. Brown Sugar
Wet Ingredients
- 3 Racks of Baby Back Ribs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- Apply favorite dry rub or dry rub above.
DIRECTIONS:
- Remove the membrane from ribs.
- Rub a coating of mayonnaise onto all ribs then apply a dry rub.
- Hang 1-2 ribs onto each rib bracket by pushing rib bracket in between rib 3 and 4, then hang it inside the Halftime Smoker unit & shut the lid.
- Cook for 1.5 hours or until internal temperature reaches 185
- Add a BBQ sauce all over ribs, just enough to coat each rib.
- Wrap ribs in butcher paper and let sit for 30 minutes. Then open and enjoy!
