INGREDIENTS:
- 60 wingettes
Dry Rub Marinade:
- 4 tsp Paprika
- 4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 3 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Tbs. Cayenne Pepper
- 4 Tbs. Hot Honey
Bang Bang Sauce:
- 1 ¾ C. Mayonnaise
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 C. Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/3 C. Siracha
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all dry ingredients of Dry Rub and sprinkle both sides of wings and let it sit overnight
- Place 20 wings on each of the 3 smoker racks and cook in the Halftime smoker for 2 hours
