INGREDIENTS:

  • 60 wingettes

Dry Rub Marinade:

  • 4 tsp Paprika
  • 4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp. Garlic Salt
  • 3 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbs. Cayenne Pepper
  • 4 Tbs. Hot Honey

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1 ¾ C. Mayonnaise
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 C. Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/3 C. Siracha

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients of Dry Rub and sprinkle both sides of wings and let it sit overnight
  2. Place 20 wings on each of the 3 smoker racks and cook in the Halftime smoker for 2 hours
Place cooked wings on a tray, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and hot honey & serve.
