INGREDIENTS:
• 6 pound turkey breast
• 1.5 lb. thick sliced bacon
• ¼ lb. butter softened
• BBQ Chicken Rub (Suggest using Traeger CHICKEN RUB Citrus + Black Pepper)
• 2 sweet onions
• 4 rosemary sprigs
• 4 Thyme sprigs
DIRECTIONS:
1. Pat turkey and cavity dry & place into a roasting pan
2. Cut 2 onions in quarters and stuff into turkey cavity
3. Add the rosemary & thyme springs into cavity

4. Flip turkey over so breast side is up, cover turkey in softened butter

5. Sprinkle turkey with BBQ seasoning

6. On a piece of parchment paper weave the bacon into a flat basket weave
7. Carefully lift parchment paper and lay the basket weave bacon onto turkey, wrapping
entire bird

8. Place turkey into the Halftime Smoker on lower rack, and cook for 1 - 1.25 hour
